Would a Geforce2MX400 64MBSDRAM PCI slot card

be any or much faster than a 32MB TNT2M64 AGP slot card.

I can get one for free and was just thinking would it be worth replacing the AGP TNT2 M64 card with the PCI one.

How much faster is AGP? My AGP now is just set to auto which is supposed to be 66MHZ. But my m/b is overclocked from 100 to 124MHZ making the p3 500 run at 620MHZ.

The TNT card you have is AGP2x, which is considerably faster than PCI. However, the biggest factor depends on your system configuration. The more devices you have using the PCI interface, the worse off you're going to be using a PCI video card.

One of the biggest advantages with AGP (aside from greater bandwidth) is the fact that it is alone and has its own dedicated channel to the Northbridge chipset.

You might notice a slight benefit from using the PCI Geforce2MX due to some advanced features, but probably not enough to want to go through the hassle of changing cards.
