Hello everybody!!!

I'm getting the "VGRA appears corrupted" whenever i create, extend or remove a logical volume, but apparently isn't giving me any problem. Is this a symptom of a big problem coming? Is it normal? Should i recreate the vg and lv?

I'm running HP-UX 10.20.

Thanks!!!!
Eduardo Gaxiola
egaxiola@walbro.com
<a href= Engine Division
The "VG" part of has just got to refer to Volume Group so it doesn't sound healthy.

You have to ask the question "how did this get corrupted" before you try and fix it as you might have a h/w problem.

I would imagine that your solution will involve recreating the vg and associated lv's but would suggest you talk to HP support before going any further.

Timid of me, I suppose.
