In what way is it not context-sensitive? Do you mean that the Help buttons on forms don't relate to the form in question? Or that highlighting a keyword and hitting F1 doesn't open the Help for that keyword? Or what?
Both of the above work for me.
Do you have the latest Help file? A new one was issued a few weeks ago, some time after the original beta.
