VFP9 and Crystal Reports XI

Does anyone have a sample form/program they're using to launch a crystal reports preview?

I've been trying non stop for several hours to get Craig Berntson's code to work but I must be missing something.

It would help if you could tell us what you have tried already (not everyone is familiar with " Craig Berntson's code"), and also what doesn't work.

As a general rule, you need to set the control's ReportSource property to an object reference to the report. Then call the ViewReport method. Have you done that?

I agree with Mike. You need to tell us what you're trying to do and what is happening.

But first, do you have Crystal XI, R2?

Once I call the form or prg it seems to run fine, except the result is never displayed, even when just sending to a printer.

I do not have R2, just XI.

You still haven't told us what you are doing. Can you post the steps that we can take to reproduce the problem?

You'll never get it to work. XI, R2 is required.

Ok, that's good to know. I thought 11.5 and 11 were functioning the same. I do have CR 2011 also, any suggestions how to proceed?

XI, R2 was the last version to support COM. Use that one.

But that doesn't explain the problem. If you were using a version which doesn't support COM, you wouldn't have been able to access the viewer control at all.
