VFP70 GPF failure!?

Hi all,

I'm using VFP70 for a several month now and noticed an irritating bug. I just want to know if someone else is experiencing the same.

Sometimes I have the following GPF (General Protection Failure) and VFP70 exits. I create in a Form a new method, for example [m_calculate]. In another method I call [m_calculate] by typing [thisform.m_calculate()]. But ... when I type the first ( the GPF rises.

Anyone had this before?

First, are you using SP1? Next, have you ever shared your resource file with another version of VFP? You might want to try removing your resource file and letting VFP create a new one. (I've seen some pretty mysterious stuff happen when FOXUSER.DBF gets corrupted.) You may also want to reset your intellisense table - it's corruption can cause trouble.

Yes Rick, I'm using SP1. I don't share any resource file. I wil try your suggestions and come back later with the results.
