vfp6 with xp and outloo2003 1

I upgraded my pc to xp and office 2003
When I run an VFP application using outlook2003 for email the software falls over on createobject"outlook.application")

It reports
Class definition outlook.application is not found

... any ideas?

I have tested this with the same setup without any errors. May I suggest to reinstall Outlook.
