Hi All. I have some problems with visual foxpro 7.0 that i need help with. How do i turn off the multi lock message when i run my application. Also, when i work with the DBF files, i always get the message read only mode. Also, how t
do i make the command window appear when i go from my application environment to VFP environment. Thanks

HI

SET STATUS OFF
SET STATUS BAR OFF

These will avoid all system messages.

Regarding second part of the question, I dont understand your situation. But just look into SET EXCLSIVE status.
SET EXCLUSIVE OFF will probably help. :) ramani :-9

If you want to turn off system messages (such as Cursor is Read-Only), you'll also need to issue a SET NOTIFY OFF.

Thank you very much for your help. I have another question. I have a form to control printer, and it links to another form if i choose the option of printing a specific record. This second has two button in a group buttons. They are o.k and cancel, and they are working fine. I also wanted to add a third button to exit second button and return to first button when user click on exit button. I have tried several methods, but they are not working. Can you guys give me some help. Appreciated it.
