Very slow when accessing Citrix app over ICA connection

we have a laptop that is very slow when accessing a Citrix application over an ICA connection.
We have re-installed the ICA client and configured identical to everyone else's - but it is still very slow.

Any suggestions/ideas would be much appreciated......
