Very slow restored to OS X Agent

Hi

I am testing the BE9.1 OSX/Unix agent. with OS X 1.3.9.

I get a backup speed of 146MB/Min ... which is slow.
I get a restore speed of 10MB/Min ... which is slower than my 96 year old Grandma running the 100 yard sprint with a broken leg ;-)

Any ones have any ideas as to why ?

That just a limitation of the Agent. IT use GRFS.

So you have any SAMBA share on the MAC that you can try copying some files from the Media Server to the MAC just to make sure there are no network problems getting the data back to the MAC. Other than that I think there are a few technote reporting the issue and there isnt much that can be done execept tuning the network.
