Vertex disappear when moving

Yo everybody

I got 30 GIS users that access there application through Citrix. I have made new servers, and they have gotten new machines.
My servers are windows 2003, and the clients are XP.
Before they were all w2k. They got a dell monitor(1905) and a FujitsuSiemens desktop 7010s.

I have put the amount of colors to 16 bit, because the dell monitor want either 16 or 32 bit. no options for 24 bit.
Both server and client use 16 bit...
But i still got this problem with vertex that disappear, signs that are not popping up. Arcs that is invisible...!

I am pretty clueless for a solution.
It worked fine on the w2k solution.

Does it work at the console, i.e. take TS/citrix out the equation.

YES.
I have tested that on a desktop solution, and it works nicely.
I have tried to reinstall the ICA client. The user said it worked fine, but have returned a couple of days later, and told me that it didn´t work anymore.
