I am trying to determine what version of Win95 (a,b,c,or d)
I know how to do it after it is installed but I like to know how to tell off of the part number on the CD
We have multiple disks around here but have trouble determining what version till after install. Any help would be appreciated!! Excuse the spelling I'm in a hurry!
Thanks

The best way i know is to go to properties of AUTORUN\AUTORUN.exe on the cd.
Click the version tab and highlight Product version.
I dont know from the codes which one is a,b,c,d but at least you can get right versions together.

I hope this can help you a bit further
