Hello Everyone:

I have Veritas and Windows server 2000 in my network system. When I created a new user and then afterward I had to delete that person, Veritas could not cleanly backup the system because of that delete person directories. How can I create a new person and delete that person without causing problems in Veritas?

Purge the directories or reallocate the permissions to the administrator.

I have worked through this problem in the past by opening the job, un-selecting the file tree that previously contained the deleted directory, applying the change, re-opening the job, and then reselecting the file tree you want to backup.
