Veritas Netbackup Datacenter FP6 Open Files Problem

We have upgraded the Veritas Netbackup Data centre from 3.4.1 to 4.5 FP6 version. The upgrade went successfully and we are having problem with the Backing up Windows Servers. The netbackup is not backing up the Open Files in the windows server and gives a message the cannot open the files, the files is opened by another application. Is anybody has come accross this problem.

Have you checked your OFM settings under the global attributes to make sure you have them correct?
