Veritas Exec 8.60 Rel 3878 Failing Jobs. Please Help!

the backup fail with

Storage device "COMPAQ 1" reported an error on a request to query entity information.

Error reported:
Invalid Physical Volume Library Argument.

i have try stop the veritas service. the ntbackup are able to backup no problem.

Delete the Tape device out of backup exec
Cycle services

Also 8.6 will no longer be supported by the end of the month
