Veritas Enterprise Admin removed - Win2k Disk Mgmt can't access disks

I have a Win2k Advanced Server on which I've removed Veritas Enterprise Administrator that we used for Volume Management.

After rebooting, Win2k's Disk Management sees the disks as Foreign - I right click and choose "Import Foreign Disks", walk thru the next couple of windows, and get an error message saying "Disk is marked as in-use by another NT node". I'm stuck...there is no backup running, and nothing else connected to it (to my knowledge).

Is there anything else I can look for or do to resolve this?

Thanks,
Ed
