Veritas Backup Exec v.8.50 - Agent install

I have veritas 8.5 installed on a Windows 2000 SBS server, and need to install an agent on a Windows 2000 server. Can I do this?

Also, I am using dfs, and it seems that the dfs is not reachable from the backup exec. I want to be able to backup the files that are linked in the dfs that are located on the second Windows 2000 server.
