Veritas 9.1, Problem with monthly backup

Hello,

I'm trying to do a monthly backup in Veritas Backup Exec 9.1, but the problem is I can't get the files to backup to the hard drive. When I use the backup wizard, it doesn't matter what Device and Media configuration I use.

The options I get are:
All Drives
Seagate1 (Tape Drive)
Monthly Backup to Disk (Which unlike all the other options when I run it using Monthly Backup to Disk, the job queues and does nothing.)
Remote Disk Backup Folder

And in the options under Media Management I have the default Disk Backup folder set, but I've tried everything and like I said I can't get these files to backup to hard drive.
