I am a total newbie at Backup Exec 10d. Where can I make sure that no other application has a lock on the cache files created by the snapshot operation. Where can I check where these cache files are created. Below are my errors.

Not sure where to even start troubleshooting this. Right now AOFO is set to auto size the cache file size. This only happens when I have a full backup on the weekend. The daily incrementals have all worked fine.

Code:
An unexpected error occurred when cleaning up Symantec Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP) snapshots. Make sure that no other application has a lock on the cache files created by the snapshot operation.

AOFO: Started for resource: "\\SERVERX\Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
The following volumes are dependent on resource: "C:" .
The snapshot provider used by VSS for volume C: - Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider 1.0 (Version 1.0.0.7).
