Heloo guys.

Firstly, sorry the english.
I'm brazilian and I don't speak english.

Can you help me with Verint Impact 360 Recorder V11 and AES Tsapi licenses?
How many TSAPI licenses I need to record the extensions?

I saw that I need:
1 Tsapi - Extensions
1 Tsapi - Virtual Extensions (service observer)
1 Tsapi - Hunt Groups
1 DMCC - Virtual Extensions (service observer)

Is this right?
