Verint Recorder - AES DMCC

Hello Guys.
Firstly sorry the english. I'm from Brazil and I don't speak english very well (google translate is helping me)

I'm trying to configure Verint Recorder with AES DMCC (physical extensions are observed by a virtual extension through the facilitie Service Observing.
The call is being recorded, but when I make a call, the physical extension is being monitored by multiple virtual extension and it is a problem because the calls are being multiplied.
Do you know what can it be?

The problem is probably somewhere in Verint. Maybe a "list trace station" on the phone making the call and being observed multiple times could direct you to what 2 things in Verint are doing the same thing and trace it back that way.
