Ver 8.0 "HELP" Is not available

I have installed Crystal Report Ver 8 and when you click on "HELP" and the "Crystal Seagate Reports Help F1" nothing happens. No message or anything.

The same with the Context help. You can Drag the "?" down but nothing else happens.

All the other items on the help menu work fine, just the first two that don't

Any Ideas?

Are you using IE 6.0? If so, go to one of the following knowledge base articles @ support.crystaldecisions.com:

CR designer -- c2010291
CR developer -- c2009096

I looked at those articles and they both refer to CR 8.5 and not 8.0 and developer not normal CR that I'm using.

I'm reluctant to run those fixes if it is for another version in case I mess up something else.

I have installed the shortcut as per c2006252 and put it on the desk top but it is still not accessible from within Crystal, is there no way to make it work like it is supposed to?
