On thursday one vector was routing to a agent directly, skipping announcement. The event log showed no tone reciever ports available. On friday this starting happening to 7 vectors but with no error. Avaya says its the announcement board, but one of the vectors are on diffrent boards. I think i need another call classifer for my 8700, but does anyone else have some insight.

Thanks.

If the error indicates that you need touch tone receivers I would add a TN744 for additional ports. Has your call volume increased? This could be why you now need more of this resource.

Have a look at the following reports

"list measurements tone-receiver summary" yesterday-peak/today-peak/last-hour

"list measurements call-rate" total/voice

see what your figures are like

My call volume has not increased to much (just 18 new vectors for the new year so far) in the list measurements its not showing any calls not having the ports they need. And the weird thing is that calling in on the 800 number goes to a agent direct, but if you call internally 4 digit on the vdn the vector plays fine with all options available. I will post the call rate data.
