Vector route to number

I am trying to get a call from a vector to a external Bell using priority calling. Has anyone got this to work. I get and errors route to step fails.

Can you screenshot the vector? I take it that you have administered the external bell as an analog station so wondering if you can just sent the call to that extension via a route-to step?

Thanks for the reply. The statement is
route-to number *185910 with cov y if unconditionally

I get errors:
50 Route to step failed 62/11 17E 01/27/16:43 02/09/09:01 8
1 Drop: not queued at stop 62/100 17E 01/27/16:43 02/09/09:01 8

If I remove the *1 all is good.
