I have a very strange problem. I have two VDN's routed to the same vector. One is a DID number the other is an 800 number. On off hours it routes to an auto attendant. When you enter an extension on the DID, it works fine. When you call in on the 800 number and try to enter an extension you get "please wait" and then the call disconnects. Anyone else run into this problem???

Thanks in advance!

Actually, I should clarify a little bit more.
When you dial in on the 800 number and get the auto attendant, you can enter an internal extension and get through, but when you enter a 5 digit extension that is actually a vdn that routes to a cell phone off site, the call gets dropped.

Make sure that the vdn that is dialed has the right vector in it. Check your COR. Make sure the vdn COR has a FRL hi enough to call off net.

Found my answer! There was a calling party outward restriction in the COR.
