VCP instead of FTP?

Hi
I am on location at a clients site and they have disabled FTP on the webserver. How can I get dreamweaver to use thier vcp instead? Is it possible? are there other solutions? (sftp is not an option either)

none left that will integrate with DW. have them use their own client of choice.
