Hello,
We have a Release 6.0(8) IP Office 500 that has been getting intermittent, incoming fast-busies and I was curious if the following "Error Description" might have something to do with it.

The IP Office uses SIP trunks.

Occurrences:
>999

Error Description:
Attempt to use a feature for which no license is installed.
License Type: VCM Channel Migration.

I don't have any idea what feature they're trying to use, that would give them that message, but I thought it might have something to do with the fast busy problems.

Thanks for any ideas or suggestions.
Dale

Those license get converted to IP endpoint licenses being VCM's do not get licensed in version 6. 3 to 1 conversion ratio.

Thanks FFrey.

We have a: "Virtual Avaya IP Endpoints" license with 12 instances.

We also have three: "SIP Trunk Channels" licenses. One has 1 instance, another has 20 instances and the last one has 10 instances. = 31 total

I'm not sure if that means anything, but do the Endpoint licenses correspond to the SIP Trunk licenses?

If there's more than 12 trunks in use could this cause an incoming call problem?

Thanks again.
