VC++ connectivity to MS Access

Does anybody know how to retrieve data from MS Access through VC++? I've installed VC++ 6.0 on Windows Xp Pro and customized it. When I got to the DAO and ODBC section of the installation, I checked MS Access connectivity but still, its file size is 0 meaning there is no MS Access connectivity.

Help! Anyone? Rome did not create a great empire by having meetings, they did it by
