VBA Question

Hello,

I have a file that contains AllNames list. I am trying to write a VBA code that will check whether there is a sheet with the Name in the workbook; if there isnt one, i need to add one. Also if the sheets name is not in the current AllNames list, then I need to delete that Name sheet.

Please help!
