Hi. I'm new iwth VBA. I have a training module that I created in PowerPoint and would like to add a print button so the users can print out the slides if they want.

Can someone help me with the code, please?

Muchas gracias!

Hi UndertheGun,

Why can't they use the one on the toolbar?

The code is just [blue]ActivePresentation.PrintOut[/blue]

Enjoy,
Tony

Tony,

If they weren't so lazy...I'd do it that way. The presentation will be shown in the slide show mode so they wanted a button to press while in .pps mode instead of .ppt mode.

Thanks for your help!

Terri
