I like some help in listing out various simple options I have to move/convert/upgrade a VB6 application to intranet. This is intended to avoid setup problems related to thick client applications.
Current application uses Crystal and TrueDB Grid, and has links within it to activate Winword or PMW (a Project Management tool like MSProject). The application has low activity but creates/enquires data on a SQL2K database.
I am also interested to know whether .NET VB upgrade wizard can be useful to migrate this application to ASP.NET (not winforms). This is probably not going to happen soon due to lack of maturity in our implementation of .NET.
