VB6 Application, Citrix and DSR File

Our client is using a VB6 applciation via Citrix. Within application, we generate a report for them on demand using a DSR file. Once user clicks button, we pull recordset and then populate the dsr report for them.

Issue is, when running our application through Citrix (as a citrix user), the user is getting a Runtime 70 error: permission denied.

Is anyone aware of what permissions this citrix user should have or what would prevent the dsr file from opening as expected?
