VB Wizard Manager

Has anybody started a VB application of type VB Wizard Manager. It creates a Wizard skeleton template which compiles to a dll file. Just wondering how on earth you launch the wizard from a standard EXE project. The wizard doesn't show up as an object that can be referenced in the References window, and the wizard project doesn't have any classes that you could create an object from. What are you supposed to do with it?
