VB.Net App deployment Policy Settings?

I've have a dedicated server where i store my .exe applications and i have never deployed a .Net app. I'm just wondering about how to succefully do this and things i should watch. My main concern right now is when i want to deploy a Windows clients, i have three options i under that Machine and client, but i really have no idea about Enterprise Security Polices.
