VB.NET (2005) CrystalReportViewer (11.5.3700.0) appearance issues

When I preview my report in my vb.net application using the CrystalReportViewer, the report appears in the viewer as though it has a 1 inch margin around the entire report. If I print from preview, the results are the same.
As a result, data on the report is truncated.

If I run the report in CRXI Release 2 developer edition, the report fills the screen.

I have the Dock property of the viewer set to Fill.

Has anyone experienced this?
