VB for Applications error 5891

We are using MS Word (Office XP Pro) to perform merges with CSV files. We experience intermittent error 5891. Would appreciate any direction or clues.

What does a Google or MSN search turn up?

What is the verbatim error message?

Is there anything special/changed about the machine, or the document itself? Have you changed directories, etc.?

Is this a new behavior, or has it always been present?

When you click on Help for the error message, does it make any sense?

Are you doing this with code, or the Excel menus?
