VB Exe Decoder

Hello Friends,
I would be greatful for your valuable help in the following regards.
One of my friend has written a small program in vb and made it an exe and it is running fine but now i want to add an extra logic into that program and i do not have the source code for this vb exe file.
what would be the possible solution?
Are there any vb decoders available for download like java decoders.

If the .exe was made in VB3 or below then you can decompile. Otherwise, as strongm says, no!
