I've gotten that when when it tries to compile a project that has an error. Try "Full Compile" first under the IDE. If that fails, compile the EXE then run the PDW outside of the IDE.

Do you have SP4 installed. If Crystal Reports" is involved, see

CAUSE
This problem occurs because there is a circular dependency in the Crystal Reports dependency file. This applies to Seagate Crystal Reports version 8.5.
RESOLUTION
The Crystal Decisions Web site at

To resolve this error, open Crystl32.dep in Notepad or a similar text editor and modify the section:

[CRPE32.DLL]

Do not have this on my hard drive.

I have Version 9.0

Had 8.5 When I started the application but updated after having a hard drive to crash.
