VB 2005, How to draw line on form

In Visual Basic 2005, I thought there was a new way of drawing lines on a form other than in code.

Does anyone know if there is a new control that can just put a line on the form?

Don't know, but you can probably still use a label with a height of 1 if you want a level line.
