Using NB 4.5 FP3
Solaris 8, Sunfire 280R NB Master Server
IBM 3584 Tape Library - LTO1 media

When using the vltopmenu command to inject media back into the Tape Library, it generates a new volume (i.e. A00000) instead of the actual barcode label (i.e. U00542). I end up having to delete the volume and re-create the U00542 volume and placing it in the Scratch Pool.

What am I doing wrong here?
