Variables in Charts

Hi,

we are trying to create an Statistical Process Chart in Crystal. We have created several formulae to calculate the average moving range and upper and lower limits. The average moving range forumla involves using a variable and therefore will not allow us to chart it or its dependants. Is there a workaround for using formulae with variables in charts?
