Vantage dialing issue

It is CM 8 with SM/SMGR8. We are facing some strange problem in Vantage set. As i lift the vantage Hand set it dials its own number automatically and another issue is that when i try to dial a video call it give "Escalation to Video Fail".
Any Help?? Please note that we are not facing this issue on Softphone.

Problem resolved, it was a vantage old firmware issue, after update it is working ok now.
