Vanishing mail??

Hi
new to the site, but can anyone give me some pointers on this, the company has a few mail boxes set up but latly mail has been going missing. everyone with access to the boxes say's no they havent moved or deleted them, and checked to see if any rules or filters have been applied, but everything seem's as it should be. there are about 20 people with access to the box

anyone throw any light on this

Is it possible that someone has delivery set to Personal folders in his Exchange Server service?

we did think of this but mail can sit there for diffrent lenghs of time before going

And the different lengths of time could be the random intervals between when your person with wrong delivery logs on/checks mail, no?
