validate form, go to URL... Enters anyway.

I have made a simple form in Dreamweaver8. Want the text info to valdate, & have done that. However, when you click OK on the Warning page, the form automatically goes to the URL instead of back to the form. Want the form info to be emailed, but miss where to put that info, as well. Clearly need help with code!


I'm sure this is so simple... but I'm missing it. Thanks!!
