Valcom to Succession M2250 operator console

We have a Simplex Valcom system connected between the phone system and the Fire alarm paging system. The Valcom will manage a lot of usefull function for us but the operators have to dial the control codes. Looking for away to have the model 2250 console programmed to dial control codes after the connection have been made to the Valcom. Typically this is done by a dedicated analog phone with memeory keys. But in this case it would be much more effective to have it work via the M2250. Currently the operators have 2 key strokes to make an all call with pretone in the new system it is going to be 17. Any suggestions?

I have tried many times to make Zone type paging work well with a 2250 console. The end result just is that it doesn't work well. There is no way that I have found to do an auto dial key to make this work or anything else for that matter. Others have tried also with no success.
