Hi,

I need to copy one of our announcements in a .wav format. I do have the Avaya voice announ manager however I don't know how to copy and send it to someone else.

use ftp to the ip address of the valboard
cd /annc folder and use ftp get or mget to copy .wav files from valboard to your pc. Or, use val manager or voice announcement manager to backup .wav files to your PC

Found a better solution by having the Voice Announcement Manager one can edit and copy the .wav file to the local computer.
