VAL Manager Error

Hello

I've just received a new version of Voice Announcement Manager (2.0.8) but when ever I try to launch it I get the error "Unable to find VAL_PATH environment variable." I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Voice Announcement Manager and the Java Runtime Environment 1.4.2 but get the same error. Any ideas whats wrong?

what type of switch are you trying to use it on?

Hi PBXTech

I'm trying to use it on a CM 2.0.1 S8300/G700 system. The error comes up before I get to configure VAM though.
