Val Manager Backup Problems

I am having problems with backing up announcments using Val Manager version 3.0.12. My CM version is R013.00.1.346.0., this is a CSI. When I try to preform a backup i get the following error Mon Nov 12 13:20:24 GMT 2007 **Task: Back Up VAL Board, Task ID: 20** Could not enable filesystem on board idexx:01B05. Only characters and numbers are allowed 9700 Login must be a minimum of 3 characters. I am logging in using The dadmin login and password.

disable the filesystem first .. then try again.

Hi Simreal,
I have tried this and it came back with the same error. I was able to login to the val manually and pull of the announcment files. Still cant retrieve using Val manager. I have tried versions 2,3,4 all give the same result.

val manager is a drag, a normal ftp program will work better
