v8.6 on Windows Server 2003?

We run BackUp Exec for WinNT/2000 v8.6 on WindowsNT. Can I run v8.6 on a new WindowsServer2003 box or do I need to upgrade to v9.1? If not, any reason to upgrade for simple backup tasks?

Additional info: The server has no software needing special backup help (SQL Server, Exchange, etc.).

BEWS 8.6 does not run with Win 2003, you should upgrade to 9.1
