I have a mix of 96xx, 961x, j169's my environment and the various firmware folders are uploaded to the utility server. We have an issue where if a 96xx phone reboots, it is trying to flash to SIP and it bricks the phone. We removed the 96xx SIP firmware from the server and the issue still persists. We've also tried setting SIG - 1 in the settings file and it's doing the same thing. What I did notice is a custom file upload directory that has tons of language files and a few SIP files. I don't see anywhere else these phones can be getting instructions to pull SIP firmware other than from there. There's no option to remove files from that section.. only upload. How can I get these out?
