The Modem goes to 33.6 Kbps as detect more then one A/D conversion along the telephone line.
It does mean that it is not possible at home to work at 50.6 Kbps (V90) as it normally does when calling with the same computer and the same provider from an other location.
How it is possible to avoid this????
At home with a 20 $ Modem, it goes at 50,6 Kbps.
Please help
